Delivery, Collection & Refunds


We aim to dispatch your order to you within 3-5 working days. All orders will be shipped out via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Delivery is calculated according to the collective weight of the items set by the royal mail delivery service rather than a flat rate for all items.

You are welcome to arrange your own courier, please contact us via email or phone to make arrangements, should you wish to do so.




Items are also collectable from our warehouse, by appointment only. Warehouse location is based in Unit 3a, The Daisy Business Park, London, SE15 1PD.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not stock items here, so please do not turn up without an appointment to avoid disappointment.



We will only refund in the case of any manufacturing fault in our product.

If you claim that there is any damage or fault when you receive the product please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 3 days of receiving the goods.

When we determine the cause of the damage then we will ask you to return the product to us. You will need to pay for the postage which will later be refunded back to you if a refund is approved.

Once we receive the faulty products either we will replace them or refund you.

Also be reminded that we would not grant a refund or replacement of the product if the goods are damaged by your side.
